Non-Exclusivity of Output

The Output generated by the Services may not be unique and may be the same or similar to the Output generated for other users. Responses that are generated for other users are not considered your Content.

Improvement of Services

By submitting Content, you agree to allow Oleksandr Shevenionov to use it to improve the Services, such as training and testing machine learning models. If you do not want your Content to be used for this purpose, you may opt out by contacting us. Keep in mind that opting out could make it more difficult for the Services to meet your specific needs.

Ownership of Improvements

Any improvements to the Services resulting from the use of your Content will be owned exclusively by Oleksandr Shevenionov. Severance

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
